Ministry is not what you do on the pulpit. It is the fruit of the ministry. Ministry is align every of your activity to the demand of your Divine calling. It is not just a spiritual mandate but what people experience when they are around you.
Ministry is attitude, if your attitude contradict your calling, you are not growing in Christ. Dear ministers, ministry is a lifestyle you must be conformed into before you start expressing it to others. You must become the reality of what God have called you to do. Ministry is more about becoming than doing. It is beyond the activity, it is about the personality you are becoming daily.
Ministry is for the people and to the people but you must allow the Holy Spirit and God's word to confirm you into what God is sending you to confirm others into... Don't focus on the people God has sent you and abandon your own welfare in Christ. Be accountable oh Ministers of Christ.

The Holy Spirit is not just a spirit being alone. He is a person that wants to relate with you and fellowship with you. He is the expression of the Spirit of the Father. And the only way to have access to the Holy Spirit is in you being born again under the authority of Jesus. Just like humans can't survive without an oxygen, so the Holy Spirit can not function or exist outside the Scriptures.
